Facebook made some big changes to the way pages display on their social network, in March.
Now, all business pages will display in a new format, which sees the old Wall replaced by a Timeline, and the introduction of a new Cover Photo at the top of the page.
The changes by Facebook have been controversial and many people said they were confused by the change to Timelines, but we decided to embrace the opportunity and have found some novel ways to make the most out of the new look.
We’ve been busy applying the new Facebook marketing techniques to our own business pages and helping our customers update their pages too.
Although the new Timeline takes a bit of getting used to, all users will soon be moving over to it and people will quickly adapt to the new norm.
We welcome a number of the changes that help make Facebook marketing easier, including the ability for business pages to receive private messages and include personalized icons for each tab or app.
